Blue Like Jazz is one man’s journey to find God and make sense of life. Donald writes a book that is nearly impossible to put down. His journey mirrors all of ours, and he finds the right words to descibe the feelings, thoughts, and various perspectives we can have. Donald does not write like a pious preist, or a heavy biblical scholar. He writes as just some guy. You know the guy you can sit and talk with over coffee. In so many ways the book reads like a conversation with a good friend.

I give this book 2 thumbs up and recommend this book to anyone who ever questions God in any way. My hope is that Donald can share with you insights that will bring you closer to the Lord and make your life more meaningful.
