Urabn Legend: There are many ways to God

I have spent a good portion of this afternoon watching sermons from LifeChurch.tv
I came across a series called Urban Legends and I really like the approach they are taking as they approach some of the misconceptions people have about God. So I am going to share that series over the next few days on my blog.

That is awesome. This is an idea that the enemy loves. It is rampant, sadly even through the church. I am sad to hear how many so called ” christians “are lost. This guy seems to proclaim true biblical truth, which is rare these days. We need so many more proclaiming these truths.
I think this has become the convenient way to look at the world for our culture and is influencing a number of Christians. Tolerance is so highly regarded that truth is tossed out, so that we can all ‘get along’. Tolerance needs to come from a true understanding of love, as only Jesus can show us. We can be united together and tolerant of our differences in belief to a point. But Truth must prevail and be lifted up so that there is no confusion about it. Jesus, is the only way to God. We can tolerate many other things but on this life or death, eternal issue we can not waver and accept other ways to God.
