Gregory Steven Rowland
Jan 4th, 2007 by Jeff
Jaime’s brother passed away on New Years Eve. On December 20th Greg was moved to Hospice. We were blessed to have the opportunity to spend almost every day with him over the past two weeks. On New Years Eve Jaime held one hand and his mother held his other hand as he passed away.
On January 3rd we had a memorial service for him at the Bay Pines VA Hospital. We got the service on video and have it on our website as a tribute to Greg.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthymeditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:8-9
Losing someone so close is not something I have experienced very much in my life yet, but I know that soon it will be something I will have to also deal with soon as my grandparents and parents age. My prayers are with you and your family. May god bless you and I know he will keep you close in your time of trial. In closing This verse comes to my mind in how you are truely walking with the lord in this tough time.
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
If there is anything Alanna or I can do to help you please let me know. God bless you both.
