I don’t think Ron Paul would appreciate the tone of your comment but the simple response that Mike Huckabee has had regarding the medical use of Marijauna is:
While there is a federal law that makes medical marijuana illegal he will continue to allow law enforcement to pursue those who break the law even in States that have laws that say it is legal. Federal law supercedes State Law. He believes that the law should be changed at the Federal level by the legislature, not lack of enforcement of the law. The focus should not be to get a President in office that will allow the law to be broken, but to get someone in office that will follow his oath and uphold the law.
